Development of the new digital platform for end-to-end automation of logistics operational model of the Client (Transportation Control Tower - TCT).
Project Results
Upon deployment to production, new TCT solution optimize and make transparent the work of hundreds of logisticians and thousands of warehouse workers, enabling real-time monitoring of millions of cargo units and thousands of trucks and vans moving around the country.
Business Value
Efficiency of transportation planning and accuracy of warehouse stock forecasting for all 200+ branches were significantly improved. Average metric of timely delivery reached level of 96% after the first 5 month since TCT went live. High-load architecture of the new Control Tower enables outstanding performance with more than 500 operations and calculations processed every second.
